JD Martin Expands in Oklahoma with the Acquisition of WindShine

Houston, TX – October 1, 2025 — JD Martin Company is thrilled to announce the acquisition of WindShine, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Effective immediately, WindShine will operate under the JD Martin brand, expanding the company’s presence and strengthening its commitment across the Oklahoma market.
This acquisition highlights our priority of deepening local presence in the markets in Oklahoma we serve. By combining WindShine’s local expertise with JD Martin’s resources and relationships, we are positioned to deliver enhanced service, stronger support and expanded solutions to customers across the territory.
With this acquisition, JD Martin is proud to welcome Tony Larocco, former Principal of WindShine, as a Regional Vice President for Oklahoma. He will work closely with Greg Rutch, Regional Vice President for North Texas and Oklahoma, to lead and grow the region. Tony brings more than 35 years of electrical industry experience in the Oklahoma market and has served as a founding Principal of WindShine.
